Any product not requiring ear impressions is available for purchase online from Precision Laboratories. At this time, only Musician's Earplugs replacement filters, ER-20 Hi-Fi Plugs, The Hearing Alarm and selected earphones do not require impressions. All other products are custom-fit.

The E-Z Impression Kit is available for those who wish to make impressions of their own ears. Impressions made with this kit are for use only when ordering Challenger Monitor Earphones or ER-4 MicroPro Earphones with custom earmolds or the custom-molded earphones that are included with the Challenger Two-Way Communication Package and the Challenger Scanner Package. All other custom earmolds should be fit by a qualified hearing healthcare professional and purchased directly from them.

Most hearing healthcare professionals are familiar with Precision Laboratories high quality custom earmolds. If your local hearing healthcare professional is not listed in our online database, please print an earmold order form and take the form with you when you are fit for custom earmolds. Specify to the hearing healthcare professional that your custom earmolds be made by Precision Laboratories. They may use the earmold order form to communicate directly with us. Thank you.
