1. When ordering a custom-molded product, you must first order an E-Z™ Impression Kit. This kit contains everything that you need to make impressions of your own ears, including detailed instructions and an order form to use when ordering products that require your impressions.
2. After making your impressions, you will then send those impressions, your order form and payment to Precision Laboratories for processing of your custom order.

In addition to the standard colors, you may also order Clear, which is colorless, or you may Swirl any number of the standard colors or add Sparkle to any standard color or Swirl. The combinations are endless.

The hearing healthcare professionals that we deal with sell our products either in combination with other products to help alleviate the symptoms associated with hearing loss or as stand-alone hearing protection. Direct sale of these products to you would not be fair to them.

We sell the ER-20 for evaluation in lieu of your purchase of custom-molded Musician's Earplugs from a qualified hearing healthcare professional. Our Challenger™ products are classified as communication devices, therefore we also sell these products directly.

Sometimes we are contacted by people who have searched our online database unsuccessfully, and would like us to refer a hearing healthcare professional in their local area. Unfortunately, the database that we search is the same database that you search. If our online database returns no results for you, contacting us for the same information is useless.

If you have your impressions made locally, please print an earmold order form. You will be given instructions via email to fill out the form. If you purchase an impression kit, instructions and an order form for your custom-molded product will be sent with the kit.

Once you have impressions of your ears, you may send them with your order form and payment to Precision Laboratories for processing of your custom-molded order.
